Testimonial Analytics
The Analytics page shows you trends and breakdowns across all of your testimonials.
Open Analytics
Go to Testimonials > Analytics. Use the date range and form filters at the top to narrow down what you see.
What you can see
- Summary cards: Total submissions, Approved count and percentage, Pending count and percentage, Rejected count and percentage, and your overall Approval rate.
- Submission volume trend: a chart showing how many reviews came in over time.
- Source mix: a chart showing where your reviews came from: Form, Manual, Web, CSV, or a migration.
- Sentiment mix: a chart showing the split between Positive, Neutral, and Negative reviews. Sentiment is set automatically after a review comes in.
- Platform mix: a chart showing which review site or platform your imported reviews came from.
- Showcase analytics: view and click counts for each of your published showcases.
Showcase view and click counts only appear if you have turned on the Analytics setting for that showcase. See Show your testimonials on your website.
