Create a Content Plan

A content plan is where you organize your Instagram posts and their AI strategy.

Create a content plan

  1. Go to Content Marketing > Instagram.
  2. Click New Content Plan.
  3. Enter a Title, for example "Q3 2025 Campaign".
  4. Optionally add a Description.
  5. Click Create Plan.

Generate an AI strategy

Open your new plan. It starts empty, with a Generate Plan button.

  1. Click Generate Plan.
  2. Confirm in the dialog: AI will analyze your business and create a tailored Instagram strategy covering posting frequency, visual style, tone of voice, content angles, and content mix.
  3. Click Generate Plan to confirm.

This needs a completed Business Analysis for your project. If you see the error "Business analysis not found," complete your Business Analysis first, then come back and try again.

Once generated, you can edit every part of the strategy. See Edit your strategy .
