Add to Keyword Plan

Once you've found a keyword worth targeting, add it to a keyword plan so you can turn it into content.

Add a keyword to a plan

1. Go to your analysis results table.
2. Find the keyword you want.
3. Click the + icon at the start of that row.
4. In the Choose which keyword plan to add it to dialog, pick a keyword plan from the Keyword plan dropdown.
5. Click Add.

You'll see a confirmation: "Keyword added to plan successfully."

You need at least one keyword plan already set up for the dropdown to have options. Keyword plans are managed in the Keywords section, not inside Content Gap.

What happens next

Content Gap does not create blog posts directly. Adding a keyword to a plan is the bridge into the rest of your content workflow: from your keyword plan, in the Keywords section, you can carry that keyword forward into a blog post.
