Review Submissions
Every score you collect, from a form link, an email invite, or a website widget, lands in one place: the Submissions page. Each response is scored and categorised automatically, so there is nothing to approve.
Open Submissions
- NPS > Submissions shows every response across all your forms.
- A single form's Submissions tab shows only that form's responses.
- A customer's profile shows only that customer's responses.
What each row shows
- The customer's name and email.
- The score, and its band: Detractor (0 to 6), Passive (7 to 8), or Promoter (9 to 10).
- The form it came from.
- The source: Form (a form link or email invite) or Widget (your embedded website widget).
- Any comment the customer left.
Filter the list
Use the filters bar to narrow the list:
- Search: free-text search across the response.
- Form: pick a specific form.
- Category: Promoter, Passive, or Detractor.
- Status: Active or Flagged.
- Source: Form or Widget.
Archive a response
Click the ⋯ menu on a row and choose Archive. This removes the response from the list and from your analytics. It is a soft delete, so the record is kept, but it will not show up again.
Archive several at once
Tick the checkboxes on the rows you want. A bar appears above the table with an Archive button that applies to your whole selection. You are asked to confirm before anything is archived.
