Create an SEO Plan

An SEO Plan tracks your content progress across a Core Theme — how many blogs are done, in progress, or still pending.

Create a plan

  1. Go to Content Marketing > Blogs.
  2. Go to the SEO Plan tab.
  3. Click Create SEO Plan.
  4. Enter a Title.
  5. Choose a Core Theme.
  6. Create it.

Inside a plan

Open a plan to see four tabs:

  • Overview — progress stats: Total Blogs, Completed, In Progress, Pending, Failed, and an overall progress bar. Use the Start plan / Pause plan button here to control whether it's active.
  • Blogs — every Hub in this plan, with its Spokes, in one expandable list. Click Create Hub here to add a new Hub directly into this plan.
  • Map View — a visual map of your Hubs and Spokes and how they connect.
  • Settings — archive the plan from here if you no longer need it. Archiving does not delete your content — it stays intact, and you can restore the plan later.
