Instagram helps you plan and design Instagram posts with AI, from a content strategy down to the finished image.

Contendar does not connect to your Instagram account and does not post or schedule anything for you. This is a planning and design tool. You post the finished content yourself, in Instagram.

Where to find Instagram

1. Open your project.
2. In the left sidebar, go to the Content Marketing section.
3. Click Instagram.

How it works, in short

1. Create a content plan: a container for one Instagram campaign or period, for example "Q3 2025 Campaign".
2. Generate an AI strategy for that plan, posting frequency, visual style, tone of voice, content angles, and a content mix.
3. Add post ideas to the plan, a title, format, content angle, and caption for each post.
4. Turn a post idea into a real design using the built-in AI design generator, which follows the strategy you set.
5. Track each post's status yourself as you move it through your own posting process, right up to marking it Published once you've posted it in Instagram.

Generating a strategy needs a completed Business Analysis for your project. If you haven't done one yet, do that first. Contendar uses it to write a strategy tailored to your business.
