Create Case Studies

A case study turns a single review into a longer success story, written for you by AI. You can then edit it and publish it.

Generate a case study

  1. Go to Testimonials > Submissions.
  2. Find a review with the status Approved. You cannot generate a case study from a Pending or Rejected review.
  3. Click the ⋯ menu on that row and choose Generate case study.
  4. Confirm the dialog: "AI will draft a short case study from this testimonial, you'll be able to edit it before publishing."

You are taken straight to the new case study's page.

Edit your case study

On the case study page, you can edit:

  • Title
  • Summary: one or two sentences.
  • Body: the full write-up.

Click Save when you are done.

Other actions

  • Copy: copies the body text to your clipboard.
  • Regenerate: asks AI to draft the case study again from scratch.
  • Publish / Unpublish: controls whether the case study is visible outside of draft mode.

Browse all your case studies

Go to Testimonials > Case studies to see the full list. Use the search box and the Status filter (Draft/Published) to find one.
